In this article we will have to do lots of research.  Maybe there is a reader out there that would like to help me, because water covers most the earth, and I feel it must be one of the most important issues with nature, throughout the world, so if you are not an expert, send me information from your part of the world, with facts backing your evidence, so we can expose it, and have something done about it, also lets hear good stories, how a group saved places because of protesting, showing proof, and other documentation necessary for the rest of the world to make proper changes.
