Douglas G. McLeod founded Dragon Fire Company, which copyrighted the first Ed Parker Seminars with Great Master Ed Parker Videos.

They were at one time the one of top selling Martial Art Videos in the World.

Douglas G. McLeod became a certified Television producer in 1993, and produced his first successful video in 1979 at his school in Santa Cruz with Great Grand Master Ed Parker.  About 20 years later Robert Figg and Doug McLeod did a series of Black Belt Seminars that Great Grand Master Ed Parker teaching in Grand Master Douglas McLeod's largest school, which was in Santa Cruz.  He promoted over 30 Black Belts During his 20 years of teaching in Santa Cruz.  Later, in his life, he met one of his best friends Bob Figg, who was also one of his top students, and was promoted faster than any of his students in Yen Ch'ing Tao History.  Bob had Studied Gymnastic, other styles of Martial Arts, and Acting, which Professor Robert Figg helped Grand Master Douglas McLeod.  They then started Top Cane, in the beginning of 2000, which they produced the first new concepts of Cane movements as well as stunts. With Mr. McLeod's martial art stunts and Roberts movie stunts, they made top cane videos, as well as Television programs.  At one seminars, there were 78 senior citizens learning some of these new concepts with the Cane.  With Grand Master McLeod's intensive Weapon Training, he asked Great Grand Master Ed Parker about doing "KENPO CANE", Mr. Parker thought it was a great idea, and Grand Master McLeod made the first Kenpo cane, with some great concepts from Great Grand Master Ed Parker.
