3131 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109

702-770-7100 – Supervisor – Mr. Keller

Did all aspects of security at this top property on the “Strip”, extreme PR and had to present excellent guest service, they only picked the top personnel that understood security because I had no training from them the first day I started, handling large sums of money and other values, radio communications, markers, fills, credits, validations, crowd and traffic control, report writing, floor duties, protecting guests, employees, and general public through prevention and awareness methods, investigating situations and handling them, being very flexible because of the many different  situations that happened that was not explained or taught to the security, but being able to handle it properly was very important because of the exclusiveness of the property,  security had to check ID’s as well as controlling all security breaches and prevent situations before it happened,  proper patrol methods and execute extreme security ability at a professional levels.  Also, had to deal with top quest that were VIP’s and catering to their every needs in order to satisfied the properties expatiation of you.  When working at any property on the “Strip” you had to be self-reliance to handle any situation, especially quests services and taking charge of situations and making them positive whenever possible.  Most properties expect you to manage and take charge of situations without always calling your shift supervisor for help.

But the most important aspect working on the “Strip” was to understand the properties needs of you, and fulfill each individual “Property” needs, and expects all security to be the first on the scene taking charge of any problems in the best and positive way, you were being watched at all times, not only by the other guests but by the management, you had to pretend to almost like you were in a “Play”.
