This will be use to help a business to protect themselves against dishonest employees, but also to protect honest employees against dishonest Business owners.

We will love to take cases and post them on our site to help everyone to understand your legal rights, and understand that each state is different, however understanding Federal laws that apply for all States. 

We would like to have a live chat line for businesses, employees, and client; and customers that have questions about legal rights, and how to get more information, which will be opinions of the head of the chat room, and offer places to find answers if we cannot.

 

+++++++++++++ Times are tough and many large businesses have ruined this country and do not care about fairness, honor, or any aspects of the hard working employees that work hard to make sure they have a descent life!  I Lived in Hawaii, and all my life I have done community service for the community and encouraged my friends and especially my higher Rank Students to do some type of community services.  I have done well over 30,000 hours of free community services and even lost money most the time, so kids, elderly, and many women who were victims of crime in our society were given a second chance in life.  I worked closely with the community and many programs, such as "Women Helping Women", Y.W.C.A., Y.M.C.A., Senior Citizens, Retired Teachers associations, hospitals how to control gangs and others in ER Room, and helped D.A.R.E. officer to put on programs how to protect your Children from being abducted, which included doing a High Level College Term Paper/Study on Child Safety, and even when I was in College at the University of California in the 70's, taking psychology Classes, I did a project helping fortunate and the un-fortunate Children and Teens to learn self-defense against bullies and more important how to receive empowerment so they may change and have a successful future and become an assets to our society.  At times many of these projects were very frustrating, but I did not give up and continued to help when ever I could, the stress on myself was high at times because many kids from broken homes did not have good parenting  and did not trust others, and you may say many times I was the victim of their attitude, and I started doing this at the age of 20.  I remember I took a group of kids from the Awful living conditions that live in Government Housing projects, rat and drug infested to a nice park so they could enjoy a little beauty; that most other kids took for granite,  it gave me a lot of pleasure seeing their happiness and being able to help them for even a day.  I did things weekly for them, and then I was assigned to do the opposite, and help the kids who were wealthy and had no visible problems, and I tell you the kids who had nothing, even though they had the tough kid syndrome and had to be hard asses to survive, they were more grateful for having someone like me, who truly cared about them.

I always helped society and its needs with my organizations and with my personal knowledge that may have helped a person, and in some cases even helped save their life, and I remember how a college female was able to fight off a rapist and use her empowerment and self-defense I gave her.  I did many women and elderly self-defense and crime prevention classes, and probably after teaching over 30 to 40 thousand students in 48 years of my martial arts, security, empowerment methods and awareness program, as well as letting the youngest and the oldest understand you can do some type of protection, that may save your life one day; even if you are in a wheel chair, that the reward knowing I may have saved a life, or stopped a person from having nightmares the rest of their life, because I took the time to show that anyone can protect themselves using Awareness, Prevention, Preparation, Execution, and Empowerment methods was my reward.  I also showed the door, that I opened for them for higher training if they needed it, especially if it was this was necessary for your daily life, such as "Law Informant", so I always gave Law Enforcement and many times Military free lessons and often a Key to my organization so they could use the facilities anytime, where, once I knew they would use this knowledge to protect themselves as well as the community, I would give a Key, which met I had lots of respect for their positions in life they chosen for themselves, and the police departments in California and Hawaii appreciated me caring about them, with them putting their lives on the line to protect members of our society and many times very low pay.


Out of control Big Businesses

Now it is time for Big businesses to do the Same and Help our Communities, especially with the problems we have, some of them who knew they were causing more problems, lied to the public and did nothing until it was too late.

What is necessary is to expose these people who manage and own these companies and how they treat the employees.  I recently work for several companies and I will be exposing some ethics and policies that are cruel and even against the law.

I made sure what I reveal is the truth and legal, and have a legal team, and if for some reason I am sued for exposing the truth, and these companies out of anger try to intimidate me or threat me, I am protected by Corporate laws, Legal laws, and have pre=paid legal team with over 200 hours of free court time, as well as another excellent law firm that is representing me, one of the best in the country.  I am telling you this, because people are afraid of standing up against companies like these that I may expose, and if we do not, we will be a society of servants and the rich will get richer.

I have many friends who are very rich, who have honor and worked hard for their money , or are fair to society and I feel anyone who is honest and do the right things should be rich and have good things in life, and am glad for them, it is the "American Dream" and I would not want to take that dream away from anyone.  It is the Cheats and Liars that need to be exposed.

But there bad companies that need to be stopped and exposed!  I have proof from some companies I worked for that broke the law, or were very unethical, and need to be stop.  When you make a promise to each other, you should try to keep it, especially in the "Business World".  If you promise a new employee training that was said it would take about two weeks, and you have no manuals only fast comments as how the job should be done, then expect a person to learn it in one day, even two days and they are even willing to come in on their days off and told to cause problems for others, because they are "NOT" your boss, it causes problems for the entire company, and resentment and then no bond can be made in a positive method.

When you  are told to write up an employee for not doing there job, yet the same person never wrote anyone up, it is unfair to the employee and new manager.  Fairness and honor has to be one of the main methods to have team work, not deception and lies.  Businesses caused America lots of problems because of lack of fairness, "Greed", not qualified personal who only their voice is heard, and you are being stabbed in the back for years.

Most my life, I ran my own businesses and corporations, and the team I worked with was tuned in and understood their job responsibilities, and more important they were trained to do their job and understood their job description, but when these rules are broken, then the business will suffer in many ways, clients and guests will notice the problems, and managers will try to put blame on others, instead of accepting their responsibilities, and even confessing if necessary that it was their fault and the problems will be corrected.

  •   You can legally tape a conversation if it is done correctly and used for evidence, or do what I will be doing letting you listen to a manager's meeting about how to make employees suffer, especially a woman head of house keeping and head of security at the resort making comments how they treat an injured employee on light duty, and how they conspired with each other and the owner who has ten SUV's and many high end gas eating monsters, laughing, instead of suggesting alternative positive solutions.  A leader like that is only a leader in his mind, not his team, and if he only knew how the managers really talk about him, unless, they will lie to protect their jobs, and not give him an honest answer to help save his business.  I really wonder how he became a leader with that attitude.

  •   I worked for large companies, that had profesonal leaders, that would want the truth so that corrections and positive attitudes would flow from the top of the Chain to the bottom, the Anchor, "the employees who would do anything for the right leader", and made sure he and his company was successful.  Soon you will get advice from me, and hear how some good leaders are, and how some leaders really need to step down, even if they own the company.

  •   Treat the people who work for you with respect and honor, and do NOT lie, if you make them a promise and break it, all will see it, and not trust the leader or manager, managers are the ones that are enforcing the owners or the policies of the company, and they need to be done correctly and fairly to anyone, and not a few, even if you have to stand up and maybe lose your job, because you have to live with yourself, and many managers, do not sleep well, unless they are of bad character.

  •   I will let you hear hours of meetings and I won't have to tell you what company it is, they will make it clear.  I love people who do not care about health and overweight, and expect the company to pay their health bills.

  •   I will have a separate page of agencies that you can go to for help, legally, mentally, and how to help our country by putting them out of businesses legally.  Soon Hawaii will not be traveled to, so I will make sure YOU know the companies name,  and everything I say will be documented.
