Grand Master McLeod is consider a "Weapons
Expert" who studied
martial art weapons for about 40 years. He studied with
Tracy's Kenpo Karate, Great Grand Master Ed Parker on Knife fighting,
many weapons from Grand Master Yamashita, such as the staff, Nunchaku,
Tonka's, and others. He also studied from Grand Master Wing Lam.
Our Site will be going through a major change,
we would love articles and stories from other Martial Art Masters, so we
can feature your style, You, and your school. Please contact us.
We are a non-profit and not into politics. We will do a back
ground on everyone, because the truth of the person and ability is
important for our organization and for the public.
Examples of Right and Wrong
-
Some people claim they have rank and then
they should have the knowledge that is certified. The Public
believes in many instructors, who make claims, and later find out
they have never had training they claim or any knowledge of the
style the got Rank. Some do not even know what the style they
claim mean, or the theories, concepts, idea, founder, and most
important any movements at all.
-
Grand Master McLeod shows dates of each of
his promotions and the Grand Master who promoted him, so that the
instructor can call him and tell him not to use their names, but
more important that the public knows the truth.
-
He is considered a Weapons expert, started
shooting guns at the age of 8, then went to one of the top military academy
for officer training in the nation and was on the shooting team,
Army and Navy Academy in California. He continue his training
and was qualified in a California Guard Course in 1985 in a college
course taught by the Santa Cruz Police Training officer. Mr.
McLeod taught many Santa Cruz Police officers in the 70's, and 80's,
including Rick Bartle one of the top Captains, and even training
officers, in Self-defense and how to disarm attackers with Guns,
Knives, and other weapons. He also taught many police officers
in Hawaii, including the "Top Cop" in the 2002, who had became a
master in Yen Ch'ing Tao after over ten years of training.
Also another excellent officer Bill Metlton in advance disarming
Guns and Knives, who has been promoted recently to a First Degree
Black Belt, because of his years of Training in Yen Ch'ing Tao, but
also for extreme public service and learning advance Weapons
techniques. Grand Master McLeod gave him and other police
officers a key to his school in Maui, Hawaii, and always found Bill
Melton there working out, sometimes by himself, or with other
officers. I am very proud of him, and he has a great insight
in self-defense, but is a hand gun expert.
-
I consider my self a weapons expert, after
studding from three Master of Weapons, Tadashi Yamashita who
learned and taught over 30 weapons, and fought in
tournaments in Japan with weapons. He was the highest Rank;
7th Degree Black Belt in Japan's History for his age. He was and is a
true weapons Master, which takes, as he said takes about 30 years.
Also I studied many weapons from Great Grand Master Tadashi
Yamashita, such as, Samurai Sword, and the Tonfas (Side Handle
Baton), Staff, Nunchuka, and a few others, and I was very lucky to
learn from this true Master of Weapons. Grand Master McLeod also studied about 15
other weapons from Great Grand Master Sifu Wing Lam from China, a
true Weapons Master who knows over 50 weapons, and studied and
taught since the age of 7. Some of the Weapons learned, was
several styles of staff-both Southern and Northern Kung Fu, Several
types of Spears, Several Swords -Dragon Head Double Edge sword as in
Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon, Darn Do a single Edge sword,
studied several types and methods of single edge sword), Dragon Head
Cane- a Master Weapon- which you had to wait five years to learn
because of the other weapons that had to be learned first, Kwon Do
Seven foot Sword, Three Sectional Staff, Daggers, Chinese Chain
Whip- Southern and Northern and many more, over the 30 years off and
on , but ten years he went two to three days a week of training. We
trained until we dropped. And if you forgot a move, or could
not execute it properly you would not get another lesson, until you
knew it. The Parker Knife from Great Grand Master Ed Parker, one of
the world's top knife fighter. He now concentrates on
semi-auto hand guns, and practice several times a week, and has a CCW- a
concealed weapon's permit, and not was told by a rank master
recently he is an expert shooter, trying to be a master shooter, and
the best way to prove that level is completion, and lots of
practice. He is now a body guard, for a company for NFL
Players,
Part-Time. A few other Weapons, short sticks, double sticks, and
most important environmental weapons.
Many people claim to be weapons experts, by
knowing one or two weapons, I consider after 40 years of weapon training
I consider myself only as a weapon expert, and will never miss-lead the
public or lie to get clients, and I was offered to teach high level
clients recently to shoot, using martial arts skills, which means you
become part of the weapon, your body, mind, and using the inter-spirit.
There are many people who are a weapon master or
expert in one weapon, but when they claim Weapons Master, that means at
least 15 weapons with 25 to 35 years of practice, teaching, and learning
from a true Weapons Masters. Other than that, they are committing
Fraud, and using the public to make money, and they can be sued, and if
you are injured, you can sue them for everything they own. Make
sure they have certificates, and in Hand Guns, ask how many contests
they entered and who taught them. YOU CANNOT TEACH YOUR SELF,
ESPECIALLY IN WEAPONS, SUCH AS A WEAPON THAT SEEMS TO BE A SIMPLE WEAPON
SUCH AS A CANE. BUT A TRUE WEAPONS MASTERS, KNOWS THIS WEAPON OR
OTHERS FOR AT LEAST 15 YEARS. IF YOU READ OUR SITE, YOU SAW WE
STARTED TEACHING MANY TYPES OF CANE METHODS, STREET CANE, KENPO CANE,
AND CANES FOR SENIORS FOR OVER TEN YEARS, WITH OVER 15 YEARS OF PRIOR
KNOWLEDGE.
YOUR LIFE IS IN THE HANDS
OF THE PEOPLE YOU TRUST, AND IF THEY MAKE FALSE CLAIMS, THEY SHOULD HAVE
LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM, AND IF YOU NEED MY HELP, I WILL BE AN EXPERT
WITNESS, I AM TIRED OF PEOPLE TEACHING ONLY FOR MONEY AND LYING ABOUT
THEIR STAFF AND MAKING FALSE CLAIMS.

Kata's and Forms
All my legitimate Grand Masters who had many talents
in many systems all agreed by learning weapons that were real, increased
your concentration or you could hurt yourself.
Grand Master McLeod also learn in about 50 years of
Martial Arts over 100 Katas and Forms, some with over 500 movements,
that also taught him extreme calmness, concentration so when he was in
actually combat he was prepared.
