are tough and many large businesses have ruined this country and do not
care about fairness, honor, or any aspects of the hard working employees
that work hard to make sure they have a descent life! I Lived in
Hawaii, and all my life I have done community service for the community
and encouraged my friends and especially my higher Rank Students to do
some type of community services. I have done well over 30,000
hours of free community services and even lost money most the time, so
kids, elderly, and many women who were victims of crime in our society
were given a second chance in life. I worked closely with the
community and many programs, such as "Women Helping Women", Y.W.C.A.,
Y.M.C.A., Senior Citizens, Retired Teachers associations, hospitals how
to control gangs and others in ER Room, and helped D.A.R.E. officer to
put on programs how to protect your Children from being abducted, which
included doing a High Level College Term Paper/Study on Child Safety,
and even when I was in College at the University of California in the
70's, taking psychology Classes, I did a project helping fortunate and
the un-fortunate Children and Teens to learn self-defense against
bullies and more important how to receive empowerment so they may change
and have a successful future and become an assets to our society.
At times many of these projects were very frustrating, but I did not
give up and continued to help when ever I could, the stress on myself
was high at times because many kids from broken homes did not have good
parenting and did not trust others, and you may say many times I
was the victim of their attitude, and I started doing this at the age of
20. I remember I took a group of kids from the Awful living
conditions that live in Government Housing
projects, rat and drug infested to a nice park so they could enjoy a
little beauty; that most other kids took for granite, it gave me a lot of
pleasure seeing their happiness and being able to help them for even a
day. I did things weekly for them, and then I was assigned to do
the opposite, and help the kids who were wealthy and had no visible
problems, and I tell you the kids who had nothing, even though they had
the tough kid syndrome and had to be hard asses to survive, they were more grateful for
having someone like me, who truly cared about them.
I always helped
society and its needs with my organizations and with my personal
knowledge that may have helped a person, and in some cases even helped save their
life, and I remember how a college female was able to fight off a rapist
and use her empowerment and self-defense I gave her. I did many
women and elderly self-defense and crime prevention classes, and
probably after teaching over 30 to 40 thousand students in 48 years of
my martial arts, security, empowerment methods and awareness program, as
well as letting the youngest and the oldest understand you can do some type of
protection, that may save your life one day; even if you are in a wheel
chair, that the reward knowing I may have saved a life, or stopped a
person from having nightmares the rest of their life, because I took the
time to show that anyone can protect themselves using Awareness,
Prevention, Preparation, Execution, and Empowerment methods was my
reward. I also showed the door, that I opened for them for higher
training if they needed it, especially if it was this was necessary for
your daily life, such as "Law Informant", so I always gave Law
Enforcement and many times Military free lessons and often a Key to my organization
so they could use the facilities anytime, where,
once I knew they would use this knowledge to protect themselves as well
as the community, I would give a Key, which met I had lots of respect
for their positions in life they chosen for themselves, and the police
departments in California and Hawaii appreciated me caring about them,
with them putting their lives on the line to protect members of our
society and many times very low pay.

Is a Martial Art System Based on Grand Master McLeod's 47 Years in
Martial Arts, he started the first commercial Martial Arts School with
realistic self-Defense in 1971,studied from Great Grand Master Ed Parker, Great Grand
Master Tino Tuiolosega, and Great Grand Master Al Tracy, Great Grand
Master "Sifu" Wing Lam, and Great Grand Master Tadish Yamashita.
He also studied and got his first degree Black Belt in the late 60's
under Ted Sumner and Tom Bersik in Kenpo. He continued his
training with many other important instructors, but the above was his
main mentors in Martial Arts, and was a first Generation Black Belt, or
and a personal Student from these wonderful instructors that helped him
through life, and the ability to share his knowledge from them to his
outstanding and honorable Students, where he actually learn the most in
life, because being a student in life, and having the will of always
wanting to learn, a good student will give the instructor much more than
they received! He has learned a lot in Hawaii, and being into protective
Arts and self-defense, which he will share with the general public, but

What is a Masters Level?
Most of us old timers were lucking in that we made a living by
teaching martial arts seven days a week, it is a huge difference
teaching two to three hours a day. Our lives were only Martial
Arts, and that is why most of us have about 50+ black Belts, I have
about 150, and also many Masters, Professors, and Even Grand Masters I
taught. I owned a school that I did full time until the first part
of 2005, and I took lessons from Great Grand Masters, making me a first
generation Black Belt in those systems. I listed my promotions,
the dates, "SIGNED
CERTIFICATES" FROM ALL MY MASTERS", and also I use to have them on the web site
displaying them. This upset
a few people who claim to be a rank in one of my systems I studied, and
there was jealousy, I did it to show I was legitimate, because too many
claimed ranks, but do not have the documentation and in many cases the
actual knowledge. In order to have harmony with these people, who
thought I was showing off or their other personal reasons that I did not
understand, I took them off, but you will find my name on I.K.K.A.
Family Tree or "Parkers", Tracy's, and many others. I believe it
historic truth, but many cannot handle it, so I decided when I open one
or two non-profit schools, have copies, and when I have special guests
at my house they can view the originals.
To become a Master in Yen Ch'ing Tao, you have to learn about 600
techniques and 22 Katas, I learned over 1000 techniques and over 100
Katas, but I did that for personal reasons. But I do know that
Master level, just like White Belt, and First Degree Black Belt is
another stepping path someone must cross, in order to be legitimate, the
theories, concepts, ideas, movements, are much different, you always
heard the saying from a true Master, "I did not teach you everything",
You must get that knowledge from yourself.
I won't promote anyone without that knowledge, unless they have
supplement Material.
Above are True Masters in every Aspects, and for the higher Ranks Go to
these areas and understand this is a small part of becoming a 5th Degree
Black Belt, this is "only" First Level Master in Yen Ch'ing Tao and soon
all this information will be on DVDs and videos of the Masters and their
lives.
How
would you like to increase your knowledge through Theory, Concepts,
Ideas, Invented incentives, Terms and Understanding of them, using them
to help your teaching method.
Now
if you understand these Terms, you can get rank as high as an 8th Degree
Professor! Plus you will increase your knowledge10 times, and be able to
take just "ONE" Technique from any system and make it to be 8 techniques
and uses in 40 other ways.
That
was what Bruce Lee, Great Grand Master Tino Tuiolosega, Great Grand
Master Ed Parker, Great Grand Master Tadashi Yamashita, and Especially
Great Grand Master Wing Lam of China taught me, they all had these
elements in common; some simple and yet so useful, high ranking Masters
that never learned them, never really understood their own system, yet
others.
With
this Knowledge, you will understand, How, When, Where, Reasons, and so
much more as to the meaning of Mastering your Own system.
I
feel sorry for so many high ranking Instructors, because they will never
know how their own style or system is suppose to work, and more
important "HOW TO BE TAUGHT". I studied Martial Arts, Protection,
Security and Combat methods, Realistic Self-Defense compare to regular
self-defense, But, the good thing is read some of the terms, concepts,
theory, ideas, thoughts of "True Great Grand Masters" and how they got
there.
It
is NOT from movement only, that is only 5% of Knowledge, here is an
example, why did every true Chinese or Japanese Martial Art Master Learn
how to fight and kill in seconds, being able to fight ten opponents at
once, and also learn how to "HEAL THEIR ATTACKERS", simple; the
healing process taught the points and nerves to heal, but to kill.
If
you fought ten boxers, why won't this method work? Simple, it is
an sport, and an Art Like Kenpo or Yen Ch'ing Tao is an art of Killing in the most effective and
fastest method, so when you use the proper method, that Attackers is NOT
getting back up, and they are either dead in seconds or injured so bad,
they are out of commission for a long time.
A
True Master Understands the Art of Killing, but a True Master Only does
this when there is no choice.

people focus on protection & Self-Defense, but Empowerment through
many methods with the help of top professionals, which include
Doctors, Police Officers, Directors of non-profit organizations that
help Kids, and the entire community, and you will be treated like a
family member with respect and understanding of your needs.
And You will be able to learn in person, home training courses,
profesonal home martial art training, and even eventually live
Broadcast on the Internet. In Martial Arts, it is much more
than just Self-Defense, so do not cheat your child or your family.
Having been the head Security supervisors at one of Nevada's Malls,
Director of Security for two major Hotel chains, 90% of my tactics was using verbal control method, and there are
many, and they work if you understand the process. But, I have
also seen in Las Vegas and other cities, where a person was attacked without warning
for profit gains, or now some Teens attack others without warning before
any verbal conversation, they just want to hurt someone, and many
times it is a group. We all read the news! You must use
both methods and understand how they work. I was able to
handle 25 protestors outside on the Mall property with few words,
but I used and directed the words properly, taking their power,
giving me control! My students always ask me if I was in a
fight, and if I was, how did I win, and I would tell them, hundreds,
and then I would tell them, I either used words properly executed or
walked pass the situation to a safe zone, and did not get upset, not
fighting is winning.

Advance Verbal Combat: We will have a
special course on Verbal conversation, because look at road rage,
when you do not have a chance to have a conversation, but if you
pull over and you have your children and love ones, your main
concern is your safety and theirs, so we will teach you how to
negotiate will extreme situations, almost like the police have to do
when they have a hostage situation, it is all done with verbal
control and conversation. This is a Special Course in itself,
besides the other course we teach you with possible attack. We
will have special staff members that were trained to deal with these
situations, and I have done over 100 situations because of my
previous jobs, and I received special training for extreme crisis in
negotiations.

Weapon Self-Defense Training, such as a
Cane,
Knife,
Walking
Stick,
Hiking Stick,
Belts,
and other
weapons Grand Master McLeod has
trained, some in the early 60's. Grand Master McLeod feels now
that our community has change, and many attackers are using
weapons, so if you have a weapon great, but, if you take
a
weapon away from attacker, you want to be able to use it.
DVD's will explain the different levels, and did you know you can
take a Belt or a Cane anywhere in the world, and on a plane; and
both of these are excellent weapons. Make sure you check under

from a fight, and when some gangster

in your Eyes, may be enough for him to want to walk away.
